July 24 @ 7PM: Wednesday Testimony Meeting. Attend in person or click here to attend by Zoom/phone.
July 28 after church: Hear the amazing story of how R Star, in creative collaboration with other organizations, has developed programs impacting people in one of the most overlooked parts of the world, from Rosalind Russell, founder of R Star, our July tithing recipient.
August 4 after church: Don’t miss the kick-off to the San Juan church’s 30th year celebration on Sunday, August 4th after church. We’ll be breaking bread together in person and online - eating, sharing and singing together - kind of like sitting around the living room at a family celebration. Everyone is needed and included to link arms like “brother birds that soar and sing” for this special occasion. Meeting times: Please note that all evening meetings start at 7PM: this includes our Wednesday Testimony meetings, our Growing Church workshops, and our Metaphysical workshops.
Sundays and Wednesdays: Sunday morning church services and Wednesday Testimony meetings are held in our church building and on Zoom.
Second Mondays @ 7:00 PM: Growing Church Workshop (GCW) & Open Forum (OF) on Zoom.
Fourth Mondays @ 7:00 PM: Metaphysical Workshop on Zoom.

On Site Reading Room: Our on-site Reading Room hours are: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12PM – 3PM, and Sundays after church until noon. Click here for more info.

Community Prayer Projects
We are a church where prayer and love unite in healing. Besides regular monthly Metaphysical Workshops, on the fourth Monday, members opt to address specific topics in ad hoc groups. Anyone is welcome to participate. Currently, three groups have formed – one (the Love our Neighbors project) is addressing racial equality and justice in this community, another (the Climate Studies project) is addressing Global Warming and Climate Change and a third is focused on contributing written and voiced inspiration to TMC’s periodicals. This Month's Tithing Recipient
Tithing info: This Christian Science Church donates part of our collection each month to a specific local, national, or global organizations whose mission we support. Our tithing recipient for July is R Star Foundation, a local non-profit group dedicated to improving the lives of women and children living in remote rural villages in Nepal. Beginning two decades ago with an innovative “pay it back” program, women in two villages began receiving the gift of a goat—yes goats—as the starting point toward economic self-sufficiency for their families. Promoting peace is at the heart of R Star’s mission. Since 2003 this success story shows over 15,000 goats from the original gifting. To hear the amazing story of how this group, in creative collaboration with other organizations, has developed programs impacting people in one of the most overlooked parts of the world, join us for an update presentation from Rosalind Russell, founder of R Star, on Sunday, July 28th after our church service.
The R Star Mission: “Helping the women and children in Nepal, therefore in the world…serves and educates the isolated and disempowered women and children of Nepal in one of the most remote areas on earth---to help bring peace.”
