From Freeway 5 going South :

Exit Ortega Highway (Route 74). Turn right at top of exit ramp. Immediately get into left hand turn lanes. Turn left at first light onto Del Obispo (warning: this is a camera-enforced intersection.) Get into right lane, continue about one half mile (past Camino Capistrano.) Continue straight on Del Obispo across railroad tracks, and turn right onto Adelanto at the first light. Immediately turn right into first driveway. Park near the two-story building. Go to far right of first floor of this building. You’re there!

 

From Freeway 5, going North :

Continue past Camino Capistrano (about one half mile), cross railroad tracks, and turn right at the first light, onto Adelanto . Immediately turn right into first driveway. From Pacific Coast Highway :

In Dana Point, turn east (away from ocean) onto Del Obispo at bottom of hill.  Continue several miles.  Get in the left lane after big right curve of Del Obispo.  Immediately after crossing bridge over river (and before the railroad tracks) turn left onto Adelanto.  Immediately turn right into first driveway.  Park near the two-story building.  Go to far right of first floor of this building.  You’re there!
